Play YouTube in the background on Android |
There are a million things you could be doing on your Android device, and playing YouTube in the background while chatting with friends is one of them. But not many people can do that because they don't know how they can do it? So in order to play YouTube in the background, you'll need to install an app called Floating Minimizer Tube.
Watch The Video Tutorial
This app sits quietly in the background and plays silently as long as you don't turn off your internet. If a friend texts or calls, Floating Minimizer will pause briefly before continuing right where it left off. And whenever you want to stop, close the app. With this app, you can easily listen to your favorite songs or podcast while reading your article or you can simply message your friends. What's more, you can also cast YouTube videos on your TV and stream them from your Android media player to your HDTV.
Floating Minimizer Tube also has some downsides as well. The first is its design. Technically Floating Minimizer Tube is a browser that only browses YouTube. Its design is bad because when you open a video on Floating Minimizer YouTube it opens it on a browser and uses Desktop mode as a default setting. So yeah it gets the job done by playing YouTube in the background but let’s say for example you have made a playlist on YouTube that includes all of your favorite songs. Now if you want to play the playlist on a loop or shuffle each time a song ends you can’t have that function with Floating Minimizer Tube. But you can loop a single song or podcast or any video. If you simply want to listen to podcasts or music in the background then this app is perfect.
Although there are a lot of in-app ads on Floating Minimizer Tube if you download it from the Google Play Store. But I have removed the in-app ads in Floating Minimizer Tube that you can download from my website. The only ads that you will find will be the YouTube ads that will support the YouTube creators. So if you want fewer ads then download the .APKs file from this article. To download simply click here Floating Minimizer Tube Mod Download.
After downloading you have to install it. But because it’s an .APKs file you have to install it with another app. I have made another article about what are XAPK and APKs on android and how to install them? Visit that article first to know how to install them. Click on Play Store If you want to install it from there.
After you have successfully installed it open the Floating Minimizer Tube.

Now you should be able to play YouTube in the background on your Android device.

If you want to open the video again then click on the floating icon and you should be on the video. That's how you can play YouTube in the background on Android. Thanks for reading.
