Canva is a free online graphic design program that allows anyone to create beautiful graphics, without any experience or knowledge of traditional design software like Photoshop or Illustrator. It's a great option for everything from social media posts, blog banners, posters, and even eBooks! All without having to cough up $200+ for industry-level software. You can use Canva to design Logos or other graphics for websites like Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Instagram, and lots more.
How does Canva work?
Canva works on any desktop, tablet, or mobile device. It has a library of 1 million+ beautiful images to use and also allows you to upload your own pictures. You start by selecting a template shape or uploading a picture, adding your text, and then moving objects around like you would with words. You can then download the final design file as a high-resolution JPG, PNG, or PDF which you can use straight away or modify further with other programs.
Is Canva better than Photoshop?
Mostly yes, but it depends. Photoshop is a program in which you have to have a lot of knowledge and experience to create graphics and its price is very expensive too. It will take you a lot of time to learn its process too. But Canva is convenient because it has simple steps to generate graphics and no need for knowledge about design tools. It's not as effective as Photoshop but Canva is more user-friendly than Photoshop. But if you are doing some technical editing then Photoshop is better as it gives you a lot of tools to make your graphic perfect.
Is Canva free?
Yes! Canva is free to use for everyone, forever. You don't have to pay anything ever or give credits either if you want to create graphics for yourself or someone else's business. But if you're going to create high-quality graphics then you have to pay some money to them. There are templates that are free and templates that come with payment. If you want to create simple graphics then free templates will be enough for you but if you want something more complicated then there are paid template packages.
How to Get Canva Pro for free?
Well, who doesn't want free stuff? But here is a fair WARNING. Do not create multiple accounts and try to sell them to others. I am only showing you how as so you can get a free account and practice or make your own graphic. You can sell the graphic that you make on Canva but please do not sell Canva Pro accounts.
I will be showing you how you can get a Canva Pro account in these 24 easy steps. But before that, if you don't understand the steps then watch our YouTube video to understand better. Now let's get started.
Go to Canva.com. Log out if you are already logged in or just use Incognito mode of your browser.
Step 01: Click on Sign up.
Step 02: Click on Continue with email. We will be creating a new account with an email address not with Gmail.
Step 03: We have to put an email address. I will be using a temporary mail from the Temp Mail website.
Step 04: Copy the mail address that you receive from the Temp Mail website.
Step 05: Put the address that we just copied and click on continue.
Step 06: Put your name and a strong password.
Step 07: You will be receiving a code on your temporary mail.
Step 08: Go to your temporary mail and you should receive a confirmation email. Open the email.
Step 09: Copy the code from the email.
Step 10: Paste the code that you just copied from the mail.
Step 11: After creating your account Canva should ask you to join a team.
Step 12: Scroll down and join a team. Any team will do.
Step 13: After joining Click on Let's go.
Step 14: Click on the Next or the x button.
Step 15: Click on Got it.
Step 16: Let's check do we have the Canva Pro account. I will try to use a premium template from Canva.
Step 17:Click on Skip tour.
Step 18: Let's try the FJ premium template.
Step 19: As you can see I do not have a Canva Pro account. So let's get one.
Step 20: Click on this LINK. This is an exe.io URL shortener link that has ads so I can earn some money. When you complete this Shortener you should be redirected to the website below.
Step 21: Click on the Download the Guide button.
Step 22: Now you should have a Canva Pro account. Click on Got it.
Step 23: Let's try again and see if we can use the premium Canva templates.
Step 24: Well now we can actually use it and we can download the high-quality graphic as well.
